The goal set forth for one of the floors of this private club in downtown Tulsa was to create a casual, yet sophisticated dining experience for the new Summit Grill. The 9,000 s.f. 1.4 million dollar renovation included the addition of an open display kitchen, a full size brick oven, new kitchen equipment, along with selection of furniture, specialty art, and accessories. The small existing center bar was renovated to become a focal point and full service bar for the floor.

The concept for the design derived from the flames of the pizza oven.  The palette incorporates deep, rich earthy colors with copper accents throughout.
