The $1.4M project included the renovation of the central gathering and dining areas. A new display kitchen was the heart of the space allowing patients the opportunity to engage with the chef while creating a focal point of warmth and the feeling of home.

During the post-occupancy evaluation, the CEO was elated to inform us that a resident that had refused to eat prior to the renovation had begun eating everyday pulling her wheelchair up to the display counter.  The power of design can truly aide in the quality of life someone lives, which is an amazing aspect of this profession.

Additional project experience includes a $20.5 million dollar 60-unit wing addition totaling 72,505 s.f. wing, along with patient rooms and gathering areas in their Memory Center.
