A 2.2 million dollar relocation and consolidation of all City departments consisting of over 900 employees from eight different locations, to seven floors of an existing 15 story building in downtown Tulsa totaling rentable square footage of approximately 320,000.

A new entry was created as well as a complete renovation of the entry floor to house public service areas and a new council chambers location. The original schedule was cut by 5 months, so completion of planning, generation of documents, construction phase and staged moves were all completed in 8 short months.
