This 16,000 s.f. 2.4 million dollar renovation fully re-worked the interior space plan as well as the exterior facade. Rich wood tones, slate, resin panels and terrazzo tile were utilized to bring the history of the bank to life in their new space. The original building entry was uninviting and hard to find, so a central entry point was created and highlighted with a glass tower to draw clients in easily. A gallery area was a key programming requirement for their lobby space to allow the bank to showcase their many pieces of collected art and memorabilia including a Medal of Valor donated by a longstanding banking client. The entire design paid homage to the rich Indian history evident in the early founding years of the bank.
