This 1.2 million dollar renovation consisted of The Summit Club’s 8,600 s.f. ballroom event space on the 30th floor.  The intent for this floor was to create a sophisticated, classic interior that would serve as an elegant setting for the many weddings and banquet events held within the space.  Another objective for the space was to embrace the history of the club and incorporate some of the original architectural elements with a mix of “old and new”.

 

The renovation included new finishes throughout the space, reupholstered seating and a customized LED lighting system.  Original lead glass panels were framed out and existing Art Deco light fixtures were cleaned and re-lamped throughout the space.
