A full floor renovation scheduled to be completed in January 2018. The client wanted to provide their visitors with a unique and creative experience as soon as they step off the elevator. A "portal" was designed to create a sense of arrival into their space. The design incorporates an open office plan with several unique collaboration areas as well as individual retreat zones.  The new break room has a "coffee shop" vibe complete with a pool table and ping-pong table. Full height glass partitions allow for uninterrupted views. Industrial touches were added with a warm neutral palette to provide a sense of modern sophistication.
